2700K, a more orange/reddish color compared to the more blueish light of the 6500k.
HPS are mostly the red end, around 1500-3000k and the MH more blue around 4000-20000k. CFLs come in a wide range of color temps, like 2700k 4100k 5500k 6500k, about 8 or more different ones, the 2700k and the 6500k are commonly whats used for growing.

actually tetra i think you have it twisted because my 30" plant under 6500K in veg is looking very nice. I'm putting it under 2 2700K 150W HPS lights when they arrive in the next day or two.
