forbid4f use or not to use

hey everyone my grow is over i beat the spider mites now to clean the rooms...im gonna get rid of my mother plants...everything.....now my question is can i kill these fuckers forever....i have some forbid 4f but really kinda scares me spraying it...and breathing it in everyday could i do it with other stuff besides spraying the forbid 4f and not worrying about them coming back
