Best as in simplest, maintaining reliability?
Cut them down to a couple of leaves and put them in wet soil, under a dome for 4 days.

I'd usually give cuttings much longer, but I recently put one in the flower room just 1 week after cutting, for a sex test.
It took a month of 12/12 to show hairs, but went smoothly.
(I haven't done enough barely rooted sex tests to say it's reliable)

Medium is a choice of preference. If you plan on keeping the sexed clones, use whatever medium they'll be finishing in. If you're going to cull them once you know sex, dirt in solo cups.

right out of the tap,simple air pump from wal mart,,has 2 lines and i have fish weights holding them down in bottom,,keep a clip on light over them and in 10 days,roots

I just stick them in perlite in seed cells with an inch of water in a tray. I don't spray them or use a dome.
But you been in Iran you may want to go with a humidity dome.
There are many ways to clone and they all work, some are simpler than others. Some might shave a few days off rooting time.

Anywhere from 3 days to a couple weeks for roots. You should be able to tell sex within 2 weeks of putting them in 12/12. I'd throw them into 12/12 within a couple days of cutting the clone if you're just sexing.

this could be the easiest procedure in your garden. theres no right way...any way that gets roots quick is the right way.

sex your mother's out just barely til you see them hairs then bam back on veg photos get huge for me . I did that when it rains my outdoor lights go out so I just use auto

Id like to add to this.
RO water bottle, Get the small air stones from walmart and the small pump, take your cutting, ( 3 nodes worth if you can ) and put into the bottle, with the airstone in. You will have roots in 4 days. the key is to get as much oxygen to the cutting as you can. Low light, like, almost dark, but give it a good dose for about 2 hours a day of light. You can get 3 cuttings into each bottle. cheap, fast, hassle free. spray water daily on them. Ive never used a dome.
