Not buying into this as a real crime. Willing to wait to see the results. It smells like the same shit smeared over Democrats by the right wing propaganda machine for the past 20 years. Make that 30 years.
i'm just judging by bernie's reaction. there doesn't really seem to be any orchestrated right wing smear going on, trump hasn't even mentioned it. bernie and jane are not really fighting at all. just crying "witch hunt" like trump. smells bad to me. we'll see though.

You are a hypocrite. Not changing that tune one bit. You were both feet in on Evil Queen Hillary, Evil DNC and now both feet out on Saint Bernard fraudster. That kind of skewed dichotomy is no better than how a Trump supporter divides the world up. You even made up your own a fake news story about evil DNC.
"Evil Queen Hillary" - how was that? Provide examples

"Evil DNC" - right, I've provided the evidence that proves the DNC was not neutral during the primary. That's the only claim I've ever levied towards them, but you want to obfuscate the facts by claiming I said they're "EVIL", OK..

"Both feet out on Sanders" - I've repeated I'm willing to wait to see the results of the investigation before I levy judgement and that I value the rule of law. You have already convicted him because the right wing talking points support the same thing you support and you already believe he and his wife are guilty regardless of what the trial concludes

Why do you insist on muddying the waters by claiming I've ever said Clinton or the DNC are "EVIL"? That is a smear tactic employed by scumbags like you to get people to believe there is no actual substance behind legitimate claims. Now why would you need to employ such shady tactics if your case had any merit?

When investigations were in progress for Hillary, I said exactly the same thing I'm saying now.
...
Nothing here says she did anything wrong.
What crime do you think she committed?
This is just right wing hysteria over their deep hatred of all things Hillary. It's same old made up shit that's been going on for 25 years.
He could be a fraud. I don't think so.
"Saint Bernard fraudster"
What I'd like to do is figure out how to ratchet the BS down so that we can find common ground against the right wing machine that as you gleefully point out is trashing progressive legislation that has made lives better for the larger majority of this country. The answer isn't "do as I say". Not what I say and not what you say. We can differ on certain positions but agree on others. Where we differ, let's have at it. Where we agree, let's have at them.
How can we reach a compromise when I believe accepting campaign contributions from special interests leads politicians to do the bidding of those special interests instead of constituents and you don't?

Explain that to me, please.

Our republic was formed around two parties. For you to suggest ignoring half the voting populace, and pushing a far left agenda will win elections is preposterous. It really shows how unreasonable you are.
Some relatively unknown guy ran with a new party, became president and made history. Ever heard of Abraham Lincoln?

Yes. I'd like to share with everyone what a massive hypocrite str0keandgrow is. He accuses others of joining a fan club he was rejected from, apparently.

So, you are now being told to suck a bag of dicks because you were sucking up to Buck. When you're done sucking that bag of dicks, please duct tape your asshole open and pour the bag of digs in.

Fucking dipshit.
May I have a formal application? I'd like to apply to Bucks club, too

Fun fact: Bernie Sanders isn't under any investigation at all by anybody. His wife is. He is being questioned with regard to that, nothing more. He is taking a lawyer with him to advise him on what questions he should and should not answer because...

wait for it...

Bernie doesn't have to answer any questions at all that may incriminate his wife in any way as it construes testifying against her, which is prevented by the U.S. Constitution.

That's all there is to it at this point.

Anybody that would EVER go in for questioning with law enforcement without an attorney by their side under ANY circumstances is a patent village idiot.

I don't understand this logic, if you've been asked to come in and answer a few questions but you know you haven't done anything wrong...why would you need a lawyer?

I can understand it if you say no to being pulled over randomly or stopped walking down the street, but for something you're allegedly not even involved in?

You never been in trouble before? That's a good thing if not, but you never ever talk to the police without a lawyer present. Anything you say can and will be used against you.

Law Enforcement is permitted to lie, deceive, or anything else in order to obtain statements from people that they want. Having a Lawyer there to protect your interest is of paramount importance. Even people who never did anything wrong have been convicted because of statements the police obtained from them.

Not having a lawyer with you is rolling the dice with your future.

But they also need evidence of you committing a crime...

Well, unless you're black.

No, they do not. That is in fact why they bring you in for questioning: to get exactly that. And as I stated before, they are able legally to lie, deceive and in other ways extract that evidence from you.

You go without a lawyer, you're stupid. Then again, prisons are chock absolutely full of stupid people, so there's that.

You clearly didn't watch the video I posted. It is a lawyer and a detective telling you not to talk to the police without an attorney. Any statement made by you to the police is considered evidence, and statement made by the police to you is hearsay. Watch the video, for Christs sake. This is a lecture to law students.
