As in it should take about 10 seconds to see a run off when watering. In one pot is was taking 10 minutes

I use compost mate but ad perlite and vermiculite to it and I have drain off within 10..20 second. I also use 3 galon buckets but I drill holes in the bottom and I also drill holes up the sides of the buckets to allow air in

So your using an air pot in effect. Don't you get a ton of bugs using compost?

In effect yes made my own air pots.. and no its my 1st grow of 4 white widow with no bugs .. at all . I topped and lst trained and got 2 Oz dry weight per plant

Not bad for a 1st go, I top the majority of my plants if it's from seed definitely it's helps no end. Lst is a firm favourite in my grow room, every plant gets bent about in some form.

That's about what I got in a soil run my first run mr buddy. I would highly recommend coco. The growth rates age ridiculous. And @THCBrain I got springtails in my coco at the minute only in one pot. But coco is just as bad as soil for bugs haha. Lucky they do no damage just a bit unsightly when watering

I 4 way topped. Very little lst this run. They have heavy side branching and don't like to be bent too much. NLxC looks like it could have done with a bit of lst though

Yes 5 . But I do have a room 11ft x9 ft I am going to convert to a grow room

I don't seem to get bugs in my coco unless I'm missing them or not seeing them. I only had bugs on my first grow, haven't seen them since.

It's just one of them things. I have a load of rhododendrons in my back garden and a not very well insulated loft so they get in. Just glad there is no vine weevils this time. You're fucked if you get them now you can't buy trounce

Best advice I can say for that is buy the insulation for the loft in the summer loads cheaper, it will be hot as fuck doing it, but it'll help you out in so many ways.

So on looking in my flower tent, I could tell straight away that my plants are done, got the loupe out checked main bud and a few lowers and we have amber, not loads of amber but enough to see.. need to ring the jail n make sure my bunk is made up and my snips are Sharp, need to make some changes to the chop shop, add a bigger fan n maybe a filter and fan for good measure. Don't want anyone finding it.
