Nice, they work! And they deliver a cheap aluminum housing with good cooling capabillities.
The housings are nice and flat and it would be easy to mount them on a frame to built a 3x2 or 4x2 light with 50w floodlights
Nice thing to know about these floodlights, you can change the build-in generic COB's(90-100lm/w) with any other 36v COB's like Vero18/29 or Citizen CLU048-1212(150lm/w).
The drivers inside are usually 38v drivers with 300mA(10w), 600mA(20w), 900mA(30w), 1,5A(50w) and 3A(100w). 3A driver needs sometimes parallel wiring of the two 50w COB's, but they are also available with one 100w COB. Ebay is also a cheap source and full with this types of floodlights. From 10w wallwasher - up to 300w tunnel floodlights.
Case Temps should be lower because of the increased effiency of quality COB's but the aluminum cases are big enough to stay cool to touch even with a bit more total power draw.
I would remove the 5mm thick glas protector shields to get even more light out of these little bastards. I'm sure they swallow more than 3-5%.

I will probably take the glass out. It's caulked/adhered into it pretty good though.

Check Out the Initiator Housing (10w) Reflectorized (non hammered surface) $7.79 ea Plug N Play, Tall Heatsink Shroud. She only drives 8w, so probably a small driver. It's not really an issue considering 1w/sf of Initiator light is needed. At 1.5w/sf, it should be plenty powerful enough. 20w in a 3x5, mounted high, at opposite ends of the box. 10 min 660 at wakeup before lights on, and 10 min 730 at go to sleep time after lights off.
