There would be no lifeguards or trash pick up or combing the beach everyday.
If someone drowned he would be a murderer.
I doubt the honor system would work with picking up after yourself and it would be a trashed beach
that would be costly to clean up.

The good news is Jersey has plenty of beachfront thats not state owned and
they passed a budget plan and the state beaches will all be open tomorrow.

Been years since I set foot on a Jersey beach.
They always had a rotten egg smell and I was scared of stepping on needles washed

i go to Delaware beaches where its kind of the same idea with some.. some are considered state parks, which is what fat man shut down. you pay everytime you pull in, unless you get a yearly pass. but they are run by the state

but its crazy they shut them down, someone in this or the other thread said something about life guards. those beaches typically dont have life guards.. the only thing i see his shutdown as.. just abusing his power and like i said, killing the little mans business.
