IDK why you guys think you can tell the sex of a plant without starting the flower phase.

Once the flower phase initiates, there will be OBVIOUS little white hairs which are called "pistols" and this means its female.

Now whether it hermies is a whole other story. But from the picture, it looked like maybe day 12 of veg?!?

They’re 7 weeks old and you can tell the sex on some plants this far in veg. Another one of my plants that’s still in veg is definitely a male.

"Plant 2" is a male, little nuts already visible. "Plant 3" does show female pistils on it's left (right side of pic), but also has a male nut on it's left (which is why @Johnei stated "hermaphrodike").

Some plants will show sex at even 3 weeks from planting and some strains I know all the boys by 30 days or so even at 18/6.

I have also had strains that were 21 days at 12/12 before showing what they were.
