Lights came in and the testing is promising. I set them at 16" above the canopy and I was reading 45,000 - 50,000 lux, and 25,000 lux down past the pots. I could back this off to 18" probably. Active intake in the upper left, 6" clip canopy fan & 6" clip heat sink fan on the right. Let the environment monitoring begin :bigjoint:

About 8ft of vinyl tubing 1000gph sub pump 80mm pc fan blowing across water and 2"exhaust outlet right into the grow box as an intake.
Water temps usually no more than 70°f on a bad day. I refill once every 3 days and flush out the entirely system throughly once a week with fresh 55°f cold water. Rh is never really over 45% and temps within reach up to 86 depending if i forgot to turn back on a fan these pics are when i set it up.

Very nice handiwork BTW, but I'm still wondering about the unit in the box you are flowing the water through?

It just dumps the water back in the cooler. The fan blows across the water helping the evaporation which in returms help cool the water. The air iniside the cooler exhaust into the box
Am I crazy, or do your pics show the water lines running up the wall and into the Bloom box to the location of the light?

The water just runs through the tubing which is snugly fit thru the alum sq stock and it for surely helps out the heat. B4 installation the aluminum frame would get soooo fkn hott it was like touching the metal part on a bic lighter after keeping it lit for 30 seconds! With it installed i can literally hold the bar with no problems what so ever and the bars stays cool amd the water actually stays pretty cool too even after running all day. The frame after lights off cools down pretty quickly. I think next time ill actually use the square stock again but have water flowing thru the aluminu itself. With a radiator w/fan

4000k. Hmm thats a good all around growth temp color. Could add supplement lighting for veg and also bloom to your advantage.
