Actually, no. We all don't. That's why he's still a free man.
The real problem, once again, is all the publicity. The press ruin a trial before it ever starts. They are in fact the reason he's free right now.
Everybody knew before the trial ever started that a great number of women admitted knowing exactly what they were doing the entire time. That leaves you already thinking, why would Bill HAVE to try to trick anybody when so many went along knowing full well what was going on.
Another big part is, why do you wait for years on end, after your career is in the shitter and you have no money to speak of do you all of a sudden remember what happened and file a complaint?
The whole thing smacks of a money grab, which it in all likelihood is, and pretty much ruins any chance of a conviction.
If all you've got is he said, she said, then you can't possibly meet a burden of proof; especially when you have so many women that ran in the same exact circles saying that everybody knew full well what they were doing to begin with.
