...says the guy that got busted shipping pounds across state lines.

I've never shipped a lb in my life.

If you're going to try to attack someone for helping people get the weed they need and/or desire, you should at least get your facts straight.

Tell me you've never bought weed in your life. You're welcome.

I mean we all know he's guilty, right?
Actually, no. We all don't. That's why he's still a free man.

The real problem, once again, is all the publicity. The press ruin a trial before it ever starts. They are in fact the reason he's free right now.

Everybody knew before the trial ever started that a great number of women admitted knowing exactly what they were doing the entire time. That leaves you already thinking, why would Bill HAVE to try to trick anybody when so many went along knowing full well what was going on.

Another big part is, why do you wait for years on end, after your career is in the shitter and you have no money to speak of do you all of a sudden remember what happened and file a complaint?

The whole thing smacks of a money grab, which it in all likelihood is, and pretty much ruins any chance of a conviction.

If all you've got is he said, she said, then you can't possibly meet a burden of proof; especially when you have so many women that ran in the same exact circles saying that everybody knew full well what they were doing to begin with.

So that's your takeaway from my post?

Wow, that's pretty fucked.

Just another sick-o trying to cause problems here..you'll be gone soon enough.
I said black people get killed for selling singles and your response was that they should do it down the block instead...

How was that misinterpreted?

If pointing out the fact you're constantly racist is "causing trouble" then yeah, guilty.

How stupid are you, really? It's an honest question.

The jury was made up of four white women, six white men, one black woman and one black man.
Not stupid at all, just didn't feel like looking it up and knew if I said that someone would look it up for me..thank you!

The only racial argument that I've heard that I think is relevant is that people like Bill Cosby (and OJ Simpson, and Michael Jackson, and Ray Lewis) kinda dispell the notion that the courts have a racial bias. You're not more likely to be convicted of a crime if you're black. You're more likely to be convicted of a crime if you're poor, and can't afford a good defense. It's a socioeconomic thing more than it is a race thing.
@Fogdog would you agree with the above?
