Leaves were looked burned so I though it was nutrient burn so I backed down the nutrients but still looking burnt and turning yellow. Need some help please. I'm in week 6 of flower.

Nute burn typically takes place early on when the plant is small and when you are using nutes high in N.

What's your grow medium? What size pots? What's your water source? What's your light source? What nutes? Are you using calmag? Are you allowing a fair amount of water to escape the pot when watering?

Most likely, you need to go get some calmag. 80% of the time that's the problem. Calimagic is decent. Or try to use natural sources, but I like getting it from a bottle.

backed down on the nutrient, but did you wash away any and all excess salt buildup that might be lingering down there?

That is Potassium, (and most likely all NPK issue) but I don't think just adding will help, flush, then start feed regimen again at lower dosage with a complete balanced nutrient. You didn't mention what medium you're in

Growing in dwc. Using andanced nutrients sensi bloom a and b and overdrive following the feeding schedule. And I add cal and mag

What's your ppm/ec and pH of your nutrient solution when you feed your plants? What's the pH of the runoff when you water on a straight water day?

What's the daytime/nighttime temps and humidity?

the next thing I will be getting is the ppm and ph meter. I know it's bad I just didn't have the money for it Day temps are at 79 and nighttime around 70 and humidity about 40 %

Also your using a 400w light... That advanced nutrient feeding schedule is based on a 1000k hps. You should cut thwir feeding schedule reccomendations in half of ypur only using a 400

And yeah your ph might be off. Also are you using tap water? Is it city chlorine water? You can buy cheapo liquid ph test bottles for like 15 bucks at walmart or garden places it works good enough for what your doing

So it could be too many nutrients. I'll try draining reservoir and adding at half strength. I'll be starting flush at the end of the week also.

I use the reverse osmosis water. I'm trying to find the one I have I just moved recently and struggling to get everything back together.

Yeah. Half nutes or less would be a good fix and slowly work your way up but you say their on week 6 flower. How many week strain is it? It doesnt loook like its close to ready. Did you check the hairs/trichoms or just goin off what the package told you it should be

that is easy

that is mid stage nutr burn
1 dump the water out
2 your feed plan back it down 20% (saids use 10 mls use 8 saids use 5 mls use 4)

u should see no more brown spots progressing ........if u do see it back it down 10 more % if u do not see it increase it by 5% until u see it again back it off 5% and make a note of your feed for next time with that strain

personally i add in b-52 or super thrive to help the plant recover.....vitinmao too.......think of them as multi vitamins for plants

It's og and a clone and I got it from a friend of mine. I was always told a 2 week flush. It still has quite a bit white pistils and trichs are almost all clear.i have a jewelers loupe. Should I not flush yet at the end of the week. ? Or if I look up the strain will og flower time be the same all around or is each one someone has flower at different time.? I was told a 400 watt can take longer to flower but I don't know if that is true or not.

Just seen that there is a reply button here. I have b52 just too the feeding schedule I had stopped using it but I'll try adding that when I back down the nutrients.

the flower itself has a general time ....8 10 or 12 weeks depends on the strain
now those times are based off knowing 100% the prefect grow condistions for the strain (breeders) ......the rest of us it can be a week or 10 days one way or other it all depends on the strain and how it was grown/feed

I agree I'm flying blind my second grown wanted to try the dwc and put a little faith in the ph perfect. Hopefully taking down the nutrients will help.

So when I start seeing more cloudy trichomes I can flush or would it better to start flushing at the start of the next week since I was probably too high on nutrients.
