The spots feel more thin and delicate than the rest of the leaf. None of the other leaves are effected.

What kind of burn because I don’t think it’s light burn because the t5s don’t produce much heat

Dont ever worry about 1 leaf...when you have many leaves with the same issue is when to worry.
