It's good for a cheap bourbon. I was pretty impressed with the flavor and consistency, for a cheaper brand. It's got a more oily than watery consistency. Brown sugar, vanilla, bit of raisin, maybe touch of candy corn on the palate.

It's made at Heaven Hill, so it's up your alley. It's a wheater, so more smooth and slightly sweet, like caramel or butterscotch.
