mars is reporting on facebook its a 3590 chip

i guess the diodes are in series with the cob since they have a 54A driver

so roughly 1.8A - cob at 36*1.8A (~80W) + diodes at ~18Vx 1.8A (32W)

Actually a nice looking light. 4-6 of them on a frame would be good.
I see they went enhanced spectrum.
Wonder if that cover is rounded to disperse a 120• blended angle?

be interesting to see when they actually get the light on thier web page, its still being shown by mars hydro reps on thier facebook page, and they are responding to some questions,, ,i am really courious to see the price,, not that i need any of them,, but it would sure be nice for the newbies to have a differant choice , and its pre built,,

i know several growers who have switched up thier lights to single driver units, so they can place them around thier tents, based on plant heights,, especially if we are growing perpetual or differant strains that stretch differantly

In that instance they would be good. Still a royal pain in the ass in my opinion though.

true,, i wont be purchasing any,, got plenty of cobs over here already,,
