If your soil has a lot of peat moss it could be your problem. Dry peat moss is hydrophobic and repels water. Google wetting agents for peat moss, the fix could be as simple as a couple drops of dish washing detergent added to your water.
sometimes if you put too much water on at once the water will just find the quickest route through the media and pour out the bottom. I'd go with a wetting agent or a few slow waterings with a pressure sprayer to evenly moisten the peat
The plant is doing okay. Won't stand up for more than 2 days without dropping down unlike the other 3 :/ figured it out for the most part. Here's my other plants as well. The third picture shows them all with the worst in the front. It's got a huge problem with the old growth but the new growth looks great ;/
