Why aren't you concerned with what @fdd2blk calls black children?

He's quite clear in his convictions of them..little kids who haven't even had the chance to prove who they are, are being degraded by him..doesn't that set them up for failure? As a black man, I would think this is disturbing for you.

Are you talking statutorily or are you talking having the mental capacity to do so ? If you are talking statutorily could you please define which nation / state / plantation you are referring to ?

As an aside, my cultural and personal bias makes me uncomfortable with the idea of that kind of pairing, even if both parties had the capacity to consent to it.


So, you're still afraid to answer my question. I'm not surprised.

Our thoughts are close on this one. I feel a 12 year old shouldn't consent because of my cultural and personal bias, but you haven't offered evidence of why they couldn't have you?

Also, you've run away from question. Do you think a 13 year old can consent to sex with another 13 year old ?

No our thoughts are no where near close !!!!!!
Two 13 year old are too young to understand the consequences of what sex can lead. Mines are not mature. Now will kids still do stupid shit. YES. but both are still minors so we don't go around charging either..
ADULTS should not be having sex with minors. Now stop trying to find an excuse to say it can should happen. We have laws against it for a reason.

I don't think his parents or relatives molested him. He was most likely the center of extreme ridicule
at school and home, possibly suffering from some type of physical abuse too. They get off on the control and deception of their victims. He wont answer questions that don't reinforce his beliefs, because it would defeat his purpose of being here, leaving him in a state self loathing.

So, if the age of consent is universal, as you imply but are afraid to say, why do you suppose different governments have statutes which grant "permission" at
drastically different ages?

Also, you are trying to form my opinion for me, that's a little sad you don't trust your own debate skills enough to not do that. I said we probably agree that a 12 year old and a 21 year old having sex is something neither of us personally approves of.
