There's a good chance. Anything federal with pot seems to be a no no, or its a grey area. Good luck, tear down for inspection if possible?

That sounds a little tricky. On one hand, cannabis is still federally illegal, so there definitely could be some restrictions from the bank. Are you in a legal state? How big is the op? Have you thought about tearing down and rebuilding after inspection?

Yes, but I guess it depends on the bank/lender. I don't know all the specifics but My friend refinanced and they had to do a walk through for appraisal. Inspector found his grow in his attic. He ended up losing his home.

I know that he lived in a no grow county and also his wiring and stuff wasn't up to code. I'm thinking it had to do with his home owners insurance cancelling and he couldn't get another.
