Hello ,so I ordered a bunch of seeds and I received along with the seeds a few little magazines that advertise other plants and etc. but there was very interesting topic in one of those magazines. The topic was "What is companion planting?". And the plants that allegedly are cannabis companions are put in three different categories:
Companions ,that attract benefical insects and bugs ; Companions ,that repel bad insects an pests and companions that nurture the plant.
There are a bunch of plants there but the plant marigold took my attention off the top because it was placed in 2 out of the 3 groups and it said:
Marigold: The scent from these bright yellow-orange flowers repels aphids, mosquitoes, nematodes, an beyon insect world, rabbits and on top of all of their other benefits, also help healthy root stimulation and growth.
I instantly went to the shop and bought one packs because it was the last one.
So my questions are:
Is it good to put marigold seeds directly into the pot where my autoflowers grow ? I am worried that the marigold will somehow hinders my autoflowers's growth process.
If I plant the marigold seeds directly into the pot of my autflowers should I water more frequently and feed more ?
How much seeds to put since I have zero experience with growing marigold ?
Thank you.
