Your soil mix sounds good, there will be plenty of fert in that mix already, trichoderma is good stuff too, when your plants have rooted out their pot, pot up into your final pot size of fresh soil mix, then you wont need to feed until the plants are well into flower and they have depleted the soils nute reserves.
That feeding guide is very heavy, 2.5ml of grow, bloom, micro, bio roots and diamond nectar in the plants first week? no way.
I presume that chart, as many other feeding charts are, is based on heavy feeding varieties grown in light mix type pro soils that contain no ferts already designed for more advanced growers who tailor their plants feeding in the early stages themselves, your soil is pre-ferted and this does away with the need for feeding by the grower in veg as long as you pot up when required.
