I've never used a carbon filter so I don't really know about that, but I've always heard that you want to push hood air to avoid the smell leaking? Pushing the hood air causes positive pressure in the hood which won't result in a leak, but pulling the hood air would cause negative pressure and with some hoods you run the risk of pulling air from your grow into the hook.

If it's a normal exhaust for the room itself then pulling the air is definitely a huge fail, but doing so with hoods can cause potential smell leaks.
A hood is sealed! If you buy some cheap piece of shit from China - That's your problem.

You pull air, always!

Even all the grow gods of book writing tell you that!

600watts right now and a 150 next to it750 watt total I'm using Foxfarm nutrients and I am following the feeding table maybe it's because I'm giving them too much water, that's what I'm thinking. everything I bought is from Vivosun light filter tent ....

Fox farms feeding recommendations are generally much much too "hot" though that shouldnt cause drooping, and honestly, they don't really look overfed as of yet..

Drooping is often caused by over OR under watering.
How often are you watering and why are you watering when you do?
Are you sticking to a schedule or are you letting the root zone dry out some between each watering?

Ideally, you should wait as long as you can(within reason) between watering, especially in soil, as to give the roots that wet/dry cycle that they thrive on and allow them sufficient oxygenation.

I don't water until it is dry to the middle of my finger which is the 2nd buckle . How much water are u suppose to give a plant that size.. a gallon or half a gallon between the two.Ive also noticed that it looks wet all the time.I typically water like once or twice a week

It's fine! Normal action for it's age. Those are starter leaves that are useless now - they die and fall off...

I hate FF nutes! Stay the fuck away from the powdered ones! They will kill your plant....

Simple and easy peasy?

Jack's classic citrus - 1/4 tsp a gallon. In bloom, add a 1/4 tsp of Potassium sulfate to that and run it out.

OR

Dyna Gro Foliage Pro - start to finish....
