Pardon me, Larry, but that is the opposite of what I have read. Lemon juice is an acid, and I've read that you want a base application. If you spray with a substance that has a pH of over 7, that is what will keep the spores from growing. Maybe an acid spray will help too, I don't know, and have never read that.
I've also used powdered milk in a diluted spray when close to harvest, and I understand that it is slightly acidic. It provides a very temporary fix.
