no i just want some reasonable opinions, based on par and lux readings.. not someone that bashes any light thats not cree cxb 3590You asked for opinions, I gave you one, and you simply argued about it. You clearly don't want opinions, you want validation. Go buy one.
The problem is not really the lights per se - the problem is that you can get MUCH BETTER for about the same price. I just don't give a hanged dog about par and lux reading numbers that the seller provides - because he has a vested interest in exaggerating and lying. I can get accurate efficacy and spectrum from the chip manufacturer to determine what's most efficient, and that's going to be Bridgelux Vero 29 gen 7, Cree 3590, and Citizen CLU048/058 6th gen. If they are not using those chips, they are not going to be as efficient, and simply are NOT worth top dollar. i understand where your coming from. but alot of the 5w diodes bridlelux or cree grow lights now a days have more then just red and blue. and are you saying lumigrow and kind grow lights suck? black dog must suck too then huh? im being serious. do you really think they suckThe problem is not really the lights per se - the problem is that you can get MUCH BETTER for about the same price. Adding supplemental blue or red to a white COB light is simply not the same as a light made up entirely of blue and red mid power LEDs.
Edit: Luminus makes a good chip too, on par with the big three.
I'm saying Bridgelux, Cree, Luminus, Citi etc, white light COBs are BETTER, for about the same amount of money. If you want to equate that to "sucking" then I guess they suck.i understand where your coming from. but alot of the 5w diodes bridlelux or cree grow lights now a days have more then just red and blue. and are you saying lumigrow and kind grow lights suck? black dog must suck too then huh? im being serious. do you really think they suck
