Clones taken whilst still on mother.

I recently acquired a sensi seeds Northern haze clone which I mothered and took clones the same way I always do.

I had very limited success she just seems to be a bitch to take.

I read something a while ago on here about people taking clones whilst still attached to the mother so I thought I'd give it a try

This is the outcome of a week I stripped the stem back with a scalpel and used clonex gel and a jiffy plug cut open and wrapped in cling film
I had 100% success rate with this method!

Defiantly worth doing for them hard to take strains

wow that's super cool. I think this is called air layering or air cloning. Looks like I need to pick up some jiffy plugs.

Air layering works great for hard to clone strains... Glad you learned this method as I get 100% success rate..
Grafting is also a good thing to learn.. just for fun..
