Not enough air, ph problem?

A couple days ago I noticed just one branch With leafs dropped over. almost like she was overwatered or has root rot. I check the roots every day. No signs of rot in the res. I have 3 stones in the res. I believe I'm adding enough air... I checked my meter to day and the damn thing was off by .9 So my thinking is I locked out the plant?IMG_1618.JPG IMG_1614.JPG IMG_1615.JPG Any thoughts

Does it look like there's a hole toward the base of the branch?

No, I get little black bugs that will bore into a branch and then the branch dies. Rest of the plant is fine.
Yours may be different, that's why I asked about a little hole.

Sorry, no other thoughts from me.

Not that I've found. I usually get them later in flower though.... and outdoors as well.
Looking at your pics again, your plant looks so good, I'd cut that spindly branch off. Is that the only branch like that? or are other lower branches like that? No light, twisted in with another branches might cause something like that if it were buried for a time.

I'm outta ideas though.

Thanks man. I shot my self in the foot by doing only one plant. But I wanted to see what I could yield off a 1000w and 2 marshydro 400s. I'm going to watch it for a few days and if I don't see improvement, the branch is getting the cut. That branch is buried though.

Its probably dieing from lack of light, that happens all the time when you get a big canopy like that stopping the light from getting to the lil ones down in there. I just clear all the crap out of the bottom once they're in flower and you know whats not gunna make it anyway. Pics showing before and after.

Nah with an established plant like yours some PH swings are no big deal. Don't get hung up on lil things

Your plant looks great, all is well!

Another thought… Most growers secretly and silently worry every day about low air (low O2) problems and power outage, bubblers stop-up, air pumps fail to pump air, water chillers fail to chill, waiting and hoping that nothing like this ever happens. Few growers will ever fess-up to these secret worries.

You do know that you can always test your res water DO Saturation any time and accurately diagnose just how bad a low air (low O2) problem really is or if that is not your problem. A simple rater quality test can rule-out a low air (O2) problem or rule-in this problem and then you fix it if like.

A little DO strip (like a pH test strip) is relatively cheap ($0.50 a test), the little test is not rocket science, it's simple to do, quick and easy. Why keep wondering, guessing and hoping? You might consider spending ½ dollar and see if you really have this problem or not.

no we don't Ms Henry. actually @Gary Goodson does worry about this but he won't tell anybody. he needs help!!!

only you worry that we are worrying so you can sell your o2grow stuff here.

why don't you guys sack up and spend the money to be a paid advertiser on this site instead of sneaking in your sales pitches?

I am actually terrified about having low DO. How do I solve this problem?
