Just wondering if a 250hps is enough to develop seeds I'll be seeding up in soil as I'm still learning coco
That'll be perfect. Just start it at like 50cm or so above the seedlings to not over heat. As they mature you can bring a 250w pretty close since heat output isnt that strong, just watch for curling leaves/spiky serrated tips to show overheating. Thanks for the great reply anon emaus..It would be 4 plants in a 80x80x150cm 1 gal Coco each...And the male would be pulled after it's done its job ...
Hes talking about a seed run not seedlings.I've noticed the less light the better with seedlings for example with my Budmaster cobx4 on full power (hanging from the tent frame) is far 2 strong but when I cut the power in half 100w I got lovely growth.id use a 400w when u pot em up n give em time to fill out then repot again if you'd like. But my 200w Budmaster does a 3x3
So he's popping seeds under a 250w ...same applies imoHes talking about a seed run not seedlings.
