I just received a TIMBER 200W kit, after a painful missroute by good old USPS. Dan initially
spent time detailing the numbers as the Timber will augment an existing system and was beyond
helpful. But, as can happen, the interconnect wires were missing. Based on the state of my garden
I couldn't take another multi-day delay, so I offered to pay to have the wire kit over nighted to the East
coast from CA. But NO - Timber is over nighting on their dime.
I will add by indicating that the COBs and associated power supply, control and other stuff were packed
to survive any abuse USPS could dream up!
Hats off to Dan and the Timber crew - many companies I have dealt with could take some lessons from
Timber...now to grow!
