Thanks u for ur time Iv used bottled Water to spray So should I stop all together Or cut back to 1 x a day Thank uYea looks overwatered to me aswell especially if your spraying them aswell. The leaves will absorb the water and if your watering the medium to regularly its being well overwatered. Let the soil dry out and stop spraying.... Good luck.
As for purple stems it could be a magnesium deficency but some strains do contain purple stems. As long as the leaves are fine i wouldnt worry to much but if they get worse then give them some magnesium but lay off watering.. Hope this helps
Ignore it!
Water when pot feels light (let it dry out and see what that "feels like").
Agreed
I've had new shoots that kind of take off purple/purplish when they're quite new shoots. By 2-4in they've shifted into nice green growth. I've thought it was normal (perhaps the plant did this as part of its normal growth process because of gentics was my thoughts). Was I wrong? They've grown pretty good, and I've changed nothing, but your post has me questioning my decision-maling. Not trying out for the drama team, just hoping to ID and make any course corrections I can to make my grow better. No purple stems and petioles are natural, tolerated by growers but not natural. Overall they probably radicle scavange or electron quench away some stress caused by a multitude of problems.
I think your just experiencing some problems and the plant is reacting as it would naturally to these stressfull situations. Fix it and a lot of the purple should die away

in most vases its stalled anthrocyline or xylem even called sapI can only make you aware of why stems and petioles turn purple, diagnosis is much harder and why most ignore it as long as the plant is growing ok.

Temp runs day 83.6 40 humidity And night 70.5 Hum 25 Is that to much flux I keep a window o open half way 24/7 at night Out side is betw 45 an 55 blowing in the room Not direct in tentin most vases its stalled anthrocyline or xylem even called sap
as temps drop during the night the movement between leaf and roots slow causing a stall
depending on the plants age
it may continue may not
do note many breeder desire to breed with the colorful xylem stalled plants
but generally seen at least in the east as an undesirable abnormality
good luck
ps see to your nighttime temps
I hate guessing, growers can make their own assumption. A while back i added a few links to nitrogen and anthocyanin after observations in my grow.in most vases its stalled anthrocyline or xylem even called sap

Forget the purple stems and focus on the plant, they will go when it perks up. Could just be your grow room hot with no fans or extraction, could be somthing else idkThanks
This will make the OP feel better after those "advanced knowledge bombs" you dropped on him.. - -Forget the purple stems and focus on the plant, they will go when it perks up. Could just be your grow room hot with no fans or extraction, could be somthing else idk
My bad, im always throwing in random stuff. This will make the OP feel better after those "advanced knowledge bombs" you dropped on him.. - -
He'll learn all that in time......For now, the idea that "It's ok, they'll be fine" is a good answer...
Sometimes I do it too!My bad, im always throwing in random stuff.
