And if they had different regs for med and rec don't you think one would be diverted to the other? They will have the exact same regs and they will dictate the prices. It's fucking obvious. Care to wager why? Maybe the HUGE overhead they incurred PRETTY fucking obvious. They purchased a 300,000+ square foot building, or did you forget that? Or how much retrofitting that building from its original purpose to a grow facility. Also you keep pulling numbers out of your ass, so answer me this. What data do you have that shows you HAVE to have 100million again? Facts, not hearsay. Ill wait.......and wait and wait because it doesnt exist. The whole idea of legalization is to bring and end to the BM. If they don't let people like me into the system, where do you think I'm going to do my business? Back to the black market I go. The gov. realizes this, it would be a huge mistake not to let the people that have developed the market into the rec. market. You can attribute the failure of the LP's to this fact. It doesn't matter what happens Ima still going to grow, preferably in a legal market.

Maybe there are some. This one claims to be a "family farm". However, if it really is easy to get into then why would anybody get into any other business? Few things sell as well as dope. Then within a few years they'd be like Tim fucking Hortons and then they'd all have to try to get LSD legalized and get in on THAT early. How many family tobacco farms do you know of? Anyway, considering the crap most people sell as weed it will be dead easy to beat 99% of them in the BM.

I think bob owns shares in lousy producer. I hope once legalization is put forth the average joe pot smoker still avoids the poison pushers like the plague. 
I have been telling everyone I know in the culture what these corporate dirt bags have been doing and to avoid at all costs... lps are like that shifty ass bm dealer we have all incountered at least once and never went back due to quality quantity or price. I have a feeling that's how it will go with all this schwag peddlers. Average rec toker will try the lousy producers once due to the novelty of it being legal and then back to bm for better quality quality and price IMO
