Need pointers !!

This is my afghan / black domina having a few hick ups. At first my humidity was to low and the a/c was broken leaving my tent between 77-85 degrees. I have everything under control now humidity is stable in the 70s for my Seedlings with 73-75 degrees inside tent hers a few pics

What kind of light are you using for such tiny plants thats getting the tent 85F?

Are you feeding them anything at this point?
 
I'm not feeding them anything and water is ph at 5.8. I had an 1200w
Led but I switched to 200w cfls, I'm thinking that was too much light
