In Veg the branches are pretty flexible. You can move them into their own spots and they will just get stronger . More light will be able to get to the Lower nodes and branches
What nutes are you using again ? And how much and how often are you feeding? What's the temperature in your box ? Is there air flow ?
I'm using fox farm nutes I took a teaspoon of each bottle and mixed it into a 2 liter soda bottle and added water ph to 6.7 so what I did was use that every other day. Honestly I thought it was light but maybe too much. Sometimes my box needs to be closed when I'm not home and at that point it hits 97 but I have a clip fan constantly blowing on her. I have a passive intake now and I have a duct fan 6 inch pulling air into the attic. I should have honestly got those inline fans. I'm probably going to buy one.
Yeah you may be over feeding. You should check out fox farms feeding chart if you haven't already . It will give you a better idea of what to give them and when, even if you aren't using all of the other additives and what not . I was always told to just go right off the directions on bottle or less
