Transplanted out of jiffy pellet into roughly 60/20/20 fox farm ocean/perlite/worm castings. Next day lower leaves are yellow, whole plant is drooping.
I gave it a water right after transplat, but didn't test runoff ph. Ro Water is 6.2 to 6.4 out of the tap.

Plant was green prior to transplant in jiffy so not sure how this could be nute deficiency. ?

Before and after pics ...

Plain dirt. No nutes. 60/20/20 is for stuff like a field of corn. Flush the hell out of the soil next watering. Nothing but water for about two weeks...2 1/2.

Edit: wtf was I thinking.

Yep. I have hydro transplanted plants still in mesh cups full of perlite buried in promix. Due to ripen sometime late next week. When I moved them they were about the same size as yours.

~Doing better then the others that weren't in hydro.

crud. i don't have regular bag soil on hand... all i have is homemade worm castings and perlite. can i get by with like a 50/50 mix of that?

issue is I'm in bed with the flu and no way i can leave the house right now.

Get it when you go out next. There's not much you can do right now. The roots are all through the hotter mix. It'll struggle until the roots grow out into the plain soil after the transplant. After transplant, don't feed it anything until it's in flower. Next time....Think baby food for seedlings. Not bbq ribs. Master growing in potting soil before trying the soiless mixes. They can be tricky and takes practice. However, soil does too.

roots can grow out that much in 1 night? wow.
That's why it's getting burnt. The roots have dug into the hot mix. Your container is small. You'll probably see roots come out the bottom in two days. Maybe a day.

She's searching for cleaner soil and putting out roots to do it. She'll be ok until you transplant.

be better off carefully removing the plug with roots nd putting them in a cup by themselves, moist, and foliar feed till you get some pro mix. your soil isnt a waste, you can use that to fertilize, make teas, top off, etc
