you just said it was oil
if its not oil as you say maybe its moisture from jarring wet buds?

I'd send it to me for further study

Yeah if it's oil the only thing it could be is resin?
Could very well be that you jarred them too wet though

if it doesn't dry then it has to be resin and some pot takes longer to cure than others especially sativa, what does the pot smell like?
