Can I go from Solo to 5gal fabric pot?

Can I go from Solo to 5gal fabric pot, or do I need to plant in something smaller first. Lots of articles on going in steps, but all mention root rot and that seems like it would be avoided with the fabric pot.

Greetings, up potting is common and alot of people do it. I don't and never really did. I direct seed / plant into finish size from day one. Up to you.

I do it all the time, just make sure you don't overwater because of the size of your roots in relation to the size of your pot. I don't get any runoff for awhile until the plants get much bigger. Good luck

If you are worried about over watering transplanting to a 1 gallon then 3..... etc every few weeks will help.
