With your water being high in Ca it's probably blocking Mg to your plants so you might want to add some epsom salts to your water to boost the Mg levels. A tsp/4L should be lots.

With hard water like yours you should think of using RO water. Every time you water with that the minerals build up in the soil and keep the pH too high and interfere with nutrient absorption across the board. Either that or flush every 5 waterings or so to get the buildup out. Think of the crust in your tea kettle and then think of that in your root zone. Yuck.

So what would be a safe amount of calcium in tap water if mine is to high at 61 mg/l?
I've got Epsom salts I will add it in the next feed tomorrow at 1/2 tsp 3.79litres

Should i add my nutes or just the emsom? then ph to 6.2 for better ph uptake of mag correct?

Because I have a deficiency do i need to do all that flushing 3x the amount of ph 6.0 water or can I just feed in and watch for improvement's?

My runoff is really low 0.8EC to 1.3EC
II've been feeding everyday so I don't have to flush since the plants are being flushed with weak nutrients everyday. Some people feed at 2.4EC? That's mad! My plants get tip burn at 1.4EC in mid to late veg

61 is just barely considered hard if I am not mistaken, I think the cutoff is 60. (guess it depends who you ask) I have heard of some in the high desert with 300+

You cant blame the town water its fine no worries .
Look for an issue with the nutes or ph, s/b 5.8 .
Dont raise the ph you will make things worse.
