I say you should paint your mailbox any color you like, because it's yours.
You can. That's entirely up to you. There are only two laws governing how you MUST use your mailbox:
  1. The flag for notification of outgoing mail MUST be red.
  2. Nobody is allowed to put ANYTHING into the mailbox unless it has postage on it.
That's it.

Once again you complain about something there is no reason to complain about. Why do you think there's a multi-billion dollar custom mailbox industry?

As far as private property, you're perfectly welcome to do exactly that.

As far as public property, you are not.

That has been answered about 8 times already and you constantly ignore it. And no, your business is NOT private property. It's public property. It becomes public property subject to public law the instant you apply for a business license and are granted that license.

If you want to be the racist, redneck idiot you are, then stay in your house with the wheels on it and don't venture into public.

If you venture into the public domain, you'll have to deal with everybody regardless of your racism.

It's that simple.

Can a person delegate a right they do not possess?

I've seen a lot of Trump supporters popping off at the mouth about how Democrats were the political party of the slave holding South. Then I would wipe their little bit of smug arrogance by informing them that yes it was the Democratic Party but the parties flip flopped around the civil rights era. Education is the key.

No, the person INSISTING that a human relationship take place over the objections of a neutral party is the one that is wrong. It is true regardless of the skin color of the participants.

Your policy, forcing another person to associate with you, or to serve you when they prefer not to attempts to use a means, offensive force, to create a positive circumstance. That is impossible though, since the circumstance arose not from consent, instead it arose from the use of offensive force.

What you are really saying is when you like the outcome, you're okay with the use of offensive force. Can you deny that in any coherent way? No, you can't.
Damn bro, you need to work on your logic and reasoning skills and stop reading libertarian propaganda.

And why would someone waste their time to respond to your question about denial. This topic has already been hashed out like 50 years ago bro. BUt if you like the 50's era so much you should check out Cuba or build your ass a time machine because things WILL NEVER GO BACK TO WHAT THEY ONCE WERE. Lol :dunce:

That's true. But when their own opinions contradict one another, like yours have in our recent exchange, that's a clue that one of their opinions is inaccurate.

It seems you not only don't want to agree with me, you don't consistently agree with yourself. You claim to be an advocate for peace, but then you rationalize why it's okay for one person to force another neutral person to associate with them. That's an example of your holding two opposing opinions at once.

I don't think a person can delegate a right they don't have. In that regard I've aligned my opinion with a fact. If you think a person CAN delegate a right they don't have, please offer an example of how that can be done.
*But when their own opinions contradict one another, like yours have in our recent exchange, that's a clue that one of their opinions is inaccurate.*

Or they're both fucking wrong, especially if you're trying to imply you're the correct one.

Please explain how offensive force and defensive force are different and what makes them different.
kicking black customers out of your store because they are black is offensive force. you call it the exact opposite, because you are a neo-nazi white supremacist in love with racial segregation.

You say the white southern racist turned Republican after civil rights...with no evidence...but the black vote went dem in the 30s.
Look up share cropping in the South around those times and you'll learn why so many blacks in the south voted for democrats. I'll give you a hint, it has to do with coercion and breaking white farmers with smaller farms. Imagine that.
