Just something else to keep in mind. As I understand it, you are testing your area with NO plants, correct?
Once you put plants in, they will absorb much of that energy.
Good Luck

yes that's right . I just wanted to see what temps were as I didn't want to burn the plants .but in the next few days I'll be ready to put all 3 plants in so I'm gonna keep my light high and once there bigger gonna start bending stems and tieing so I have shorter plants with more clolon's

Why do you have duct run from the top to the bottom. Remove air from the top and let it in at the bottom. get rid of that ducting in there.

Cool air in at the bottom. Hot air out at the top.
I really don't have the room I can take it out the top port but that adds 6 bends and nearly 2 mtrs more ducting. I have placed thermometer at the top above the light and it reads 84.4f now.. I believe more bends and more ducting can cause more problems?

Its not going to work until you get that cobbled up crap figured out. Put the fan at the top and use flex duct to the chimney. Come on man that's why its hot in there.

just made an home made fan and filter had it running now 20 min and temp is 75f made from an old cooker extractor with carbon filter let's see it it does the trick. has 3 settings so put it on the highest one.it's a little bit more noisy but not much

it' seems to be doing the job a bit better . only 81f at the moment . popped my hand in and don't feel as hot as it was. I am gonna get another thermometer tomorrow as I feel this one ain't reading correctly so I'll check against a new one . plants are going in tomorrow
