I agree with peaceful interactions. I do not agree that we get to choose who those interactions are with unless we personally segregate ourselves from persons we don't want to interact with.
You can be a douche and have a sign on your lawn that says "this type of person only is welcome". But when you open a business to the public you are waiving that right because your customer base is all of society.
Is that answered enough for your liking?

No, but thanks for the attempt. You didn't address my question.

I asked if a person can delegate a right they do not possess. You didn't answer that question. If you think a person CAN delegate a right they don't possess, where does it come from if they don't possess it?

After you've answered the question I've repeatedly asked you, I could point out some contradictions in your post above. However I wouldn't want us to get sidetracked.

I'm sure you'll be right back to answer my question...right?

were black people harmed when businesses in the south "politely and reasonably" hung signs disallowing them from being customers?
I bet some of them had their feelings hurt. Also, racist practices weren't limited to "the south" , numb nuts.

kicking black people out of the store because of their skin color doesn't seem too peaceful, eh bobby?

If you own property, it would seem it is your prerogative to invite people there, based on your choices.

If you don't own a given property, it would seem like a person who persists in trying to go where they aren't welcome would be the one breaking the peace.

Also you never answered my question.

Can a person delegate a right they do not possess?

indeed.

we want to set up a deportation force to get rid of 11 million people, have guards at every bathroom checking the birth gender of everyone who enters, an agency to monitor every pregnancy, a massively expanded military, and a militia in charge of checking your government issued ID before we let you vote.

you said civil rights were "not a good idea" because you would just "hate 'em more now".

but you are totally into equal rights.

So as the south became less racist they voted more Republican for president....while the openly racist Democrat legislators that opposed civil rights legislation did not switch parties. They continued voting on legislation as Democrat legislators.

Meanwhile, your lib friends at NYU just proved you would have loved drumpf as a woman.

first of all, civil rights was decided based on geographic lines. pretty much everyone from both parties in the south voted against it, and everyone from both parties in the north voted for it.

and if the south became less racist, why did they vote for george wallace, notorious anti-semite richard nixon, and the KKK-endorsed donald trump?

you really suck at trying to revise history. i bet you are a holocaust denier too.

Unclebuck and haf2 are compelled to serve the punch a nazi guy at their store...that would go well.
nazi punchers would receive their goods at a discount price at any store of mine.

you would not be welcome. not based on your skin color, or any other characteristic you were born with that is beyond your control. but simply because you are a neo-nazi piece of shit who deserves a dirt nap.

There ya go. You would have to serve trump. Can't discriminate against orange, not allowed. It will make you like orange though.
