What's the space you are growing in? That will most likely determine your frame/placement.

Most of the time people make a bar like in :
You can make a star pattern for a square grow area like in (excluding the center one) :

How much of that are you intending to use? I ask because using 4 cxb3590s at 1400mA is getting a PPFD around 620 for 8 square feet. That seems like on the low end of PPFD but still perfectly usable. If you make a bar and use it to grow in the back half of your tent, you have plenty of room for other shit like fans/humid/whatever for now, and in the future you can get another light bar to fill out the rest of the tent. Then if you wanted to raise the PPFD, you could do other stuff.

I'm not an experienced grower. I just built my own COB set up as well! I'm just going with the information I've found on here and youtube. Growmau5's videos are a great resource. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPSwmwj8ZLXObtBJmz-76rw/videos Check out his 7 part series (which will likely go over some stuff you already know in the beginning, but a good refresher) and also the configuration for common tent sizes. Then on here somewhere there is a downloadable java program that calculates PAR, PPFD, electrical use, heatsink needs, etc. It's called DIYCOBLEDCalculator.jar That's what I'm using to check your levels. So in a full 16squarefoot area you are pulling 310ish PPFD, which from what I've read on here is low. Most growers I've read into keep from 750-1000 or more once they start using CO2. I'm sure other people will step in with more knowledge shortly. You rig looks nice, though! I finished mine 6 days ago!
