Too true. I hate lying awake at night.

Anyway, I cannot answer the original question as I believe the best smoke comes from hybrids. Percentage (indica/sativa) dependant on strains.

My favourite smoke is cheese (original, not the big buddha shit). After that it's Space Queen, then AK47, Jack The Ripper, Blueberry, G Bud...

I did state original cheese. the cheese by big buddha IMO is shit. I also placed space queen above AK47. If you ever get hold of any, you'd see why.

Original cheese though, now that's a smoke. I can't explain it other than it's unlike anything else. I'd really love to know how bb managed to get a hold of a male cheese plant, he must've hermied a female... but I doubt it. In fact, I'm going to look into it, see if there's any info'.

A quick search has led me to discover that he used an afghan male to pollinate the female cheese. The resultant males from the seed of the first female were then bred with a second female cheese plant... altogether he did this 5 times in an attempt to filter out the Afghan strain as much as possible.

Although IMO he didn't do it enough. Shoulda tried more like a thousand. It's the only cheese around at the moment and it's nowhere near as good as the original.

Make sure it's original cheese, although I doubt you'd find any.

That's the point... original cheese came from clones only... there were no males.

If you want big buddha cheese seeds you'll have to mail order them off him. Tastes like cheese, smells like cheese, but cheese it aint.
