Protect my grow room walls.

I will be growing about 4 plants in my indoor closet set up, the dimensions are about 3ft wide, 6 ft high, and 2 ft deep. The question I have is what can I do to protect the walls of my closet from exposure to too much humidity or anything else that my grow could incur. Would mylar help this at all? Don't really know too much about mylar, etc.

Mylar is more or less meant to just reflect the light onto your plants. If your put your mylar on the walls with just tape or staples, depending on your wall, mold could grow between the mylar and the surface of your wall. (If that makes any sense). Now I can't remember, but I've had the same question answered before. I believe there is something out there, at home depot or something thats like a paint. You wash your walls, paint it on, put mylar on top and it will keep mold from building up between the mylar and your walls. ^.^

Sorry for the wall of text. I'll go do some more research and return if I find anything else of interest. Peace out man!
