My original title was "This Website is Worthless Without Pictures!" ... but I'm not here to bite the hand that feeds me.

I used to manage a team of developers, but it was all big commercial clients. I'm not used to the paradigm of low budget sites, it requires a lot more patience. It's kind of like moving from the big city to a small rural town. Luckily no ones livelihood is dependent on this website.

I understand the concept of low budgets and "affordable talent", and that you go to war with the army you have. The bottom line is that somewhere in that fog, either you know what you're doing or you don't. But this website is all just fun and games, so no harm no foul. They either know what they're doing or @420God will bleed out while we wait for them to teach themselves.... I hope for his sake they are fast learners. ;)

I guess to me it is somewhat of a trade off. Alot of other sites have stores, etc and probably have more resources.
That being said, its also why you get in trouble on those websites if what you post goes against stores, etc.
That's why I'm here. Honest info that isn't modded to death.
And I can tell someone to fuck themselves without getting banned, lol.

It was positive having the site go blank for a week. It's so easy to fall into patterns.

I theorize that administration has deliberately temporarily halted image loading ability to place a pause on the cornucopia of penis images flooding the site.

I hear you, and I agree. No stores or commercial connection keeps it more real... even if real is sometimes really ugly.

99% of the time I come to this site to learn, not to socialize, and so far I haven't seen any dick pics in the growing info sections of the site, so I was not aware of the phenomenon. Perhaps that's what's going on.

I also enjoyed the site going blank... Once I got over hitting refresh every 30 seconds, it was kind of liberating.
