Never.. that's just being demonic. You definitely are not required to defoliate seedlings..
I like it, mind if I borrow it?people have been fishing for thousands of years. every once in a while, some one comes out with "the future of fishing" which will "change the way the world fishes forever!" they usually enjoy a small amount of success, before the world drops them in the tackle box with the ronco pocket fisherman and the floating keychain. why does the world drop them in the "trash" tackle box? because the process was streamlined before they were born, and it works.why fix something that works? why put extra effort into getting basically the same or worse results?
people have been growing weed as long as they've been fishing. they do it the way they do it for the same reason. it works. they've tried defoliation, they've tried molasses, they've tried fishguts, they've tried dancing in the moonlight...some of it works, and they keep doing it, some of its a total waste of time, and they quit doing it.
someone re-invents the wheel daily, while the rest of the world is busy rolling down the road
Any removal of leaves should ONLY be done at specific times and you never want to try it on a first run if you only have one plant... always make your first grow test a scissor free grow...no lst either...just wait to try any enhancements/ alterations to normal grow until after you know what it does a natural and you have clones lol.selective defoliation to allow light into the canopy a bit farther... sure.
defoliation of leaves = plant can not feed itself properly. photosynthesis drives plant processes. decrease in photosynthesis = decrease in processes.... ugh when will people learn to LITFA????
Ppl just dont understand how plants function lol. I just find it hilarious when i see this "do i defoliate a bunch????" And then DO ITAny removal of leaves should ONLY be done at specific times and you never want to try it on a first run if you only have one plant... always make your first grow test a scissor free grow...no lst either...just wait to try any enhancements/ alterations to normal grow until after you know what it does a natural and you have clones lol.
Your school taught you that the Earth is flat? What they teach in school about Christopher Columbus and the Earth is flat, is incorrect.
Yes, kids today are still taught that the queen of France told Columbus that he will fall off the EarthYour school taught you that the Earth is flat?
Can you explain when and why please? I've seen this stated multiple times and never seen an explanation on these specific times. Usually people throw out things like weeks 3 and 6 with no real data to back their claims or any side by side grows to show it works.Any removal of leaves should ONLY be done at specific times and you never want to try it on a first run if you only have one plant... always make your first grow test a scissor free grow...no lst either...just wait to try any enhancements/ alterations to normal grow until after you know what it does a natural and you have clones lol.
Most people are growing for yield and quality why the hell would you trample and break them? They also have animals piss on them, they're covered with bugs and dirt, go threw drought, temp swings and end up pollinated in "the wild" do suggest do all that as well?do you all think in the wild that plants live happily, they dont animals eat them trample them and break them, flys sleep on there leafs because they fall together like blankets,i defoliate top lollypop everything break them on purpose,it drives bud production because the plant adapts
On some of my Indica crosses they are ridiculously bushy and really tightly noded..so I first grew without cut and got 2.5... second run I removed a few leaves that were blocking light using the same size clones and nutes/ conditions the same and immediately after it popped.. also tighed the smaller buds closer to light... Tied the colas down lower than the small buds..7 days later untied everything and took 4 good clones 5in long from bottom of plant that hadn't flowered yet..and got them ready for 4 weeks.. the same strain produced 212 grams...Can you explain when and why please? That's the butchered plant just 7 days later she grew back nice ya?No offense but I grew DP blueberry several times and never felt the need to butcher it like the plant above. Yikes.
God is the judge... I've never judged your post.. but yeah I guess I'm the troll? Anywho I was just sharing my example.. not comparing it to yours or anything.i can't tell if you're being a troll or not....
if you honestly think you're doing good for that plant defoliating like that... you need some serious botanical education lol
oh brother. goodbye. good luck with starving your plants by trimming off their leaves!God is the judge... I've never judged your post.. but yeah I guess I'm the troll? Anywho I was just sharing my example.. not comparing it to yours or anything.
