See this Is how most arguments happening here wrong terminology. Defoliation is removing all or most fan leaves. Selective pruning is just that remove a few select leaves ie to improve airflow, light penetration and so on.

Tobacco defoliation is used because of bug infestations, not larger yields.

If you want the prettiest looking bushes don't snip they look better.. and always test a new strand conventionally and non conventionally...just make sure you got clones when it fails.. but don't be scared to find out through testing new techniques.

Wrong again. People have known the Earth is round since we've been looking at the stars.
What they teach in school about Christopher Columbus and the Earth is flat, is incorrect. Even then they knew it was round, but a lot bigger. Columbus disagreed and thought it was smaller. They knew he would starve before reaching India, and he would have.
