Got a 400-watt HPS for free! Should I use it with my current setup??

Hey guys, a friend of mine moved and gave me a 400-watt "Grow Max Jr." ... I tried googling the fixture and couldn't find much on it. It is heavy as shit. Are all HPS lights this heavy? (first time grower here)

Here are some pics of it!

Is the reflector decent? Can I put a MH bulb in it and use it for my veg room?

I currently have a 6x6 flower room and a 2x6 veg room. Should I put this 400 watt HPS in my veg room and 20 CXB3590s 1000 watts in my flower room? or should i do 800 LED with 400 watt hps (for the spectrum?) in flower and 200 watts of CXBs in my veg room?

With 6x6... I've used a 400 watt hps in one side of the room over the "next batch" plants just coming into flower - week 4 and 1000watt over the soon to be done ladies on there last 4weeks with t5 full spectrum lights supplemental and just kept staging, moving new ones in every couple weeks... Nice yield every couple weeks 8)

im just trying to figure out my options. Wondering what light i should use in my 2x6 veg room. I have absolutely no experience with leds. Maybe rotate the hps out between the two scrogs weekly or something? Hope you find a solution and sorry that I can't be of any help!

600 hps is Pretty much for flowering
