will one be enough for a trashcan (19" diameter at the bottom, and 30" tall) with 6 46w CFLs and a 18" 20w flourescent? i don't wanna spend any unnecessary money

thats insane a 4.3 amp draw on a 4 inch fan???? can't imagine how that could be efficient. and @ 13.6 volts??? pick yourself up a high grade fan.....I used to look for cheap substitutes for fans back in the days. Nowadays fan quality is more important to me than lights. Get yourself a good quality centrifugal fan preferably a 6 inch, and a dimmer/fan control. Save yourself future issues from pests/heat/smell/etc and invest in a fan made to do what you will be needing it to do.
