Fwiw, it isn't a 10 oz limit per household if you grow. It is ANY amount you grew for personal use. I like the current law.

Ahhh yes, max 12 plants, only 6 in flower at a time, and any amount you can harvest. Politicians are going to try and break records to change this law. I can feel it coming. Funny how there is no limit on the amount of booze one can have in their household. Oh that's right, big business, big corporations, big money. Maybe Budweiser will start a MJ corporation and then no one will have to worry about regulations ~wink.

I was contemplating renewing mine but now with the unsteady rec law I'm def renewing mine if only to use it as an umbrella incase shit hits the fan.. there's no limit on plants for medical only dried weight I believe some1 correct me if I'm wrong

That's what I am going to do....get it as an umbrella just in case poopoo hits the fan.
Apply for my license and submit a "hardship cultivation registration" so I can grow medically. (You have to show hardship to grow "medically". for example~ not living near a dispensary. lets just say I am about 40 miles from one! and you cant buy seeds or clones in mass right now without the hardship exception.
I think the DR that fills out your information puts how much they feel you need. So depending on your condition (and your DR) it could be varying amounts of weed, or seeds, or clones.
THIS SITE is a little old, but details out rights as a Medical Marijuana patient
It gets confusing since its now legal in mass, but I am going to go the medical route just in case...for sure.

Darn that smell! I worked in my tent earlier for like 90 seconds. 2 minutes max. Just took some pics, checked the weight to see how wet the soil was, and left. I never touched the plants themselves.
I've been smelling the dank for hours in whifs and scents. I'm going to have to keep work clothes outside the shop, maybe even a tyvek jumper. It's a good thing i don't go into an office every day. Sheesh. This stuff is potent.
As for the medical card, sounds interesting. My shoulder is feeling sore. Must be arthritis. Yeah, that's it. I need a card so I can grow and formulate oils and creams.

I'm hitting CANA-CARE in Worcester next week, its walk in only. Collecting my records from my general M.D. Monday.
What strain are you growing again? i have not smelled my little one since I replanted her. And of course, I have been poking around in the tent tonight. (whats new?) I added the LED and moved the cfl's. Made sure Mars LED is 30" above her to start. I hope she is OK. A transplant AND new LED light all in one day, poor thing!

I'm growing a white widow fem from crop king. Yeah, I know, riu hates cks. But I couldn't seem to be able to pay any european seed banks with a cc way back in December, and I didn't know about the us outlets. Still, I ordered 5 seeds, got 8, and 4 out of 4 germed.
My next run will be bodhi and/or ocean grown (if there is a next run). But I have no complaints yet about the white widow. Of course, it's all in the flower. Veg means little. We shall see......

I messed up my first order too....got EasyKush. That is what Sybil my baby is. No one knows what the hell they are, LOL. Not even the seller can tell me THC content, etc. Bad move, but a newbie move. oh well, live and learn. Where is a US outlet? Didnt know there was one you can use without a medical card.
I want my next run to be blue dream, my daughter does so good with it.

great lakes genetics carries a bunch of breeders. bodhi (https://www.greatlakesgenetics.com/category/bodhi) has a dream cross, but I don't know how close it is. hso has a true blue dream, but I don't think they have a domestic site yet.
There are several us breeders that have high thc beans. tonygreens tortured beans (https://www.greatlakesgenetics.com/category/tonygreens-tortured-beans) has a gorilla that is highly rated and pure fire. bodhi has several. I'll gift you some of whatever I finish. Your daughter can decide if it fits her needs. A place to start anyway......

Yes. Desk lamps are rated more for heat than wattage. CFL's produce very little heat. No wiorries.......

Thank you guys so much! yes it is so hard, her scripts from doctor are free, but dont work. the cannabis works but is expensive. just breaks my heart. weed over groceries. not right. That is why I am growing, or trying to!!!

I have a fan pulling in passive intake air, and a hole up top to let hot air out. still not gona turn on the fan and filter just yet, its to loud! LOL

There is a saying, a watt is a watt is watt. That is the measure of energy. Amps and volts can change, even inversely proportionally. V x A = W. There are about 3.4 BTU's per watt. A 40 watt light makes 40 watts of heat regardless of the type of lamp (though ballasts on some lights will be part of that heat). That is why the lamps are rated by wattage relative to fire risk. The "Comparable" is the visible light equivalent, this has to do with your eyes and not heat. Don't get me started on comparing paper towel roll sizes (6=8, 8=12, etc.)
Did you know that only about 10% of the power in the fuel at the power plant makes it onto your plants? 50% is lost in combustion, another 70% of that is lost in transmission (or more), 10%+ is lost in the light fixture and 10-25% of the light does not even hit the plants. Can't wait until the outdoor growing season. That is how you get your affordable meds.
