Rockwool mini cubes

Hey everybody,
I got plants in 3 gallon pots of mini rockwool cubes. Wondering if I should be letting it dry out between waterings to the point where it is light or should I be watering everyday to keep the rockwool wet? Thanks for any and all help

Rockwool holds alo of water. let it dry out. then water less than you would in soil but more frequently.
