Yeah dude, the case was tossed, you're lying. The judge read the details, moved forward, and then in the case hearing, it was thrown out. That was a media hatchet job. Now where's that evidence of Russian interference, I'm sure your intellectual rigor would enable you to produce something after making such accusations for months now?

It was dismissed, voluntarily, before it went to trial. The reason, speculating here, was that it was a hatchet job that was never intended to get past the initial tabloid filing. It is no longer a pending case. Again, just because someone says something happened, doesn't mean it did, especially when there's political motivation involved.

That was the stated reason, but you don't know that she was threatened, you're only assuming based on Jane Doe's word of mouth. What did happen was she filed a voluntary dismissal, the case was then dismissed. Close curtain.
