Premixing nutrients w/auto feed system?

I got a few of these Daisy auto watering devices: http://daisy.si/ They're actually really cool! $30/each & they're fully configurable to water based on soil moisture, a simple timer, etc.

I have 4 plants, each in 3 gallon pots in my 2x4x5 tent. I was thinking I could use 1 for watering & another for feedings, each setup to run every 4 days so they'd get PH'd water(& maybe a bit of caliMagic) then 2 days later they get some GrowBig & BigBloom & so on. Each Daisy would pull from a different bucket. Or maybe I just have 1 bucket & every 2 days I add/replace the contents?

Researching this to the best of my ability it's my understanding that I can premix nutrients & have them sitting in advance as long as it's not organic(growing algae, etc) & I throw an air stone in the bucket(s). Is that right?

I could keep hand watering but not only would this make things a easier for me, I think it'd be better to have it scheduled to water/feed more regularly, then simply adjust the amount & frequency/how often via an app as needed.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Greetings, sorry man I didn't read all of that but it sounds like you are asking how a hydro setup . B cause that thing you list can be made with drip irrigation tube, connects, timer and a big trash can.

Premixes go into res and have a pump inside to agitate the mix along with a air stone. It can stay in there for days without issue if it is covered from direct light.

The Only con that i find doing itThat way is that plant are kind of Unpredictable they not always drink there water every 3-4 days some times it takes more days for them to need more water sometimes more often, same thing with nuts. Personally i don't have a water or feeding schedule i water when pot feel light and needed as opposed to an specific day., And i don't feed because i grow organic., Water only. Hope it helps somehow..

Yeah but that's what the moisture sensor is for. I can set an ideal % of moisture & the daisy handles it

Probably the best thing would be to have a sensor for each plant which I might end up doing just because like you said they each have different needs, drink faster/slower etc.

I mostly wanted to know about the air stone in the nutrient mix & how long I could keep the mix etc. So thanks @Cx2H even though it's not hydro it's relevant enough.

I picked up an air stone & pump. Made 3 holes in the top of a 5 gallon bucket. 1 for the air line, 2 for the water lines going to each Daisy which has a T split after for a total of 4 water lines.

I still have to test & configure each Daisy's settings with things like how high the bucket is above the plants(gravity fed) then measure the actual output each line after the split before I cut/run the lines to each pot.

I'll post a pic when it's done. Should work pretty well

Yeah but so far splitting 2 lines to 4 isn't working as I'd hoped, it's not equal. Fluid dynamics is hard. I think I'm just going to get 2 more of these things, that or a pump. Yeah! I know circuits enough & could probably get a pinout of this thing. Use the same relay that opens up the valve now also flip on a pump in front of it?

I have 2 & if successful I'd only need 1. To me that means I can break 1 before I figure it out lol
